Service Area
The Winston-Dillard Water District provides potable drinking water for approximately 8,300 people in Douglas County. The District is bounded, in general, on the north by Wildlife Safari, on the east by the Roberts Creek Water District and Old Brockway Road on the west. The South Umpqua River flows through the middle of the Water District. In 2003 the Willis/Rice Creek areas was added extending the Southern boundary approximately 9 miles. As of 2010the Water District serves approximately 2,900 dwellings/businesses and covers 13sq. miles of service area.
