New Water Service Applications

For new 3/4" residential customer fill out and sign the application and policy sheet.
Please return completed application and signed policy sheet with a valid ID to our office during business hours. There will be a $25.00 service fee and a $50.00 refundable deposit due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit.
